1. How do I book seats online?
You will need to open an online account. Once your account is active, you can book online. Use the search panel to enter your desired departure, arrival destinations and the departure date.
When you reach the payment type screen, please choose cash to deduct money from your account balance. The default payment method is credit card.
You will be redirected to a selection screen to choose any available trips. You can only book 48Hrs in advance.
2. Where do I collect my tickets?
You can print your ticket our in PDF format once your selection and payments have been processed. A backup copy of your ticket will be sent to your email address.
VFT insists that all customer must print out their tickets. If you forget to print, there is a service charge of RM 5.00 per when you issue at the bus terminal.
3. What do I need to board the bus?
Please use your printed ticket or the ticket in email format to board the bus, have it ready at all times for checking purpose once your on the bus.
4. Can I cancel my bookings?
You may cancel your booking 48hrs before the departure date. There will be a service charge of RM 10.00 per ticket. Please choose the ticket from your account details and click on inquiry. You will be brought to a comfirmation page to proceed with your cancellation. The amount will be refunded to your online account.
5. Can I use credit card to top-up my account?
We no longer accept credit card as a payment method.Cash option please see 12.
If you have encountered difficulties when using credit card, please contact us during working hours. Sometimes due to unforseen circumstances such as line problems, transaction using credit cards might fail. In such situation, customer will not get their tickets issued or reload amount credited. You can cancel the transaction by calling your credit card representative or inform VFT for the cancellation. The cancellation process will take some time.
Tickets which failed to be issued during such instances will be cancelled. The amount charged to your credit card will be refunded back. You will need to buy again.
6. Will there be any membership fees?
An initial top-up of RM 50 is required to activate your account. The money will automatically be credited into your account. You may now start booking tickets online using the credit from your account.
Thereafter, you could book directly using credit cards or continue to top-up your account to take advantage of any promotional top-up bonus.
7. Can I close my account?
You may but the remaining credit in your account will become void.
8. What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please click on the link "Forgot Password?". You will need to key in your user id and your email address to get a new password. Please make sure your email address is valid in order to retrieve your new password. Follow the instructions, pick a new password and keep it safe.
9. Maximum top up, Maximum Credit per user.
There is maximum top amount of RM 100.00. You Maximum credit per user is currently RM 300.00.
10. Ticket purchase limits
There is a limitation of 20 tickets per user per month. Your monthly transaction amount is capped at RM 600.00 per user.
11. Seat selections
The system will assign your seats on the bus automatically. You do not have the option to pick your own seats at the moment.
12. Cash Reload - Direct Cash Bank-In
For cash reload using direct bank-in, you can bank-in into Borneo Highway Express S/B at any of our listed bank accounts. Once the transaction had gone through, please fax your bank-in slip to 085-429000 together with your user id and contact number. We will confirm with you once we receives your fax. For any enquiries, please call 0138398587.
Account update for cash reload will only be carried out during working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (MON-FRI) 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM (SAT)
If you dont have a fax machine, you can take a picture of the bank in receipt using your camera or mobile phone and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your user id and contact number in the email.
